Our courses will equip Occupational Health Professionals with the essential legal knowledge and practical skills to ensure that they are competent and confident to undertake their duties. The training supports the Information Governance standards as set out in the SEQOHS accreditation. The training will enable Occupational Health Professionals to meet legal compliance, regulatory and professional practice standards. The courses cover information governance, confidentiality and consent, best practice records, excellence in the writing of referral reports for management. We also offer tailored fact finding interviewing skills for occupational health professionals, helping them to control interviews. Our witness familiarisation course assist Occupational Health Professionals in the preparing and giving of evidence in internal or other hearings including the tribunal. We offer public and in house courses for Occupational Health Professionals.
