The duties in relation to disclosure are a fundamental part of a fair investigation and preparation for trial process. Those carrying out investigations and handling disclosure must comply with the statutory scheme for disclosure. This case study led intensive one day training will provide delegates with the knowledge, skills and confidence to handle the process effectively. Delegates will consider the statutory scheme relating to disclosure and how it applies during the investigation stage, including the duty to record and retain material and to reveal unused material to the Prosecutor. The training will explain how to compile the non-sensitive and sensitive material schedules and the Disclosure Officer report. This process will be explored though case studies and question and answer sessions.

- Consider legal duties in completing the sensitive and non sensitive material schedules
