“My objectives were met very well, a lot of useful ground covered as a refresher. The explanation around weight of evidence and avoiding bias was particularly helpful to me, in addition the explanation and examples around pitfalls in report writing and how to avoid these (with reference to staying within circle of knowledge / instructions).Well-presented and a good level of engagement with the participants. The additional material supplied as part of the course is well laid out and a good future reference source. Really good at explaining the different points of view of different parties (i.e. opposing sides, areas where lawyers can pick holes in arguments) and patient in developing these points in response to questions raised.”
