“The course provided an extremely useful insight into conducting interviews including how to approach a witness statement, the structure of a PACE interview and the most effective and legal way to propose questions. The course is extremely well set out and provides an indepth lesson to be taught without reciting PowerPoints. The use of activities breaks up the session well and allows you to understand what is being taught. Extremely good tutor who is very knowledgeable and approachable allowing you to ask questions on areas you are unsure about. Always provided constructive feedback and guidance on the best approach to ensure compliance with the relevant codes.”
