“The course provided excellent techniques for setting an agenda and discussing the topics at the joint meeting which is then a valuable tool for preparing for the joint statement. In particular the breakout group sessions where we discussed the strengths and weaknesses of our reports were very helpful. The tutor was very knowledgeable and went at a good speed – she was able to respond very well to any questions asked during the course.”
