“Assisted greatly picking up new knowledge and skills for a type of meeting I have not been involved with before. Theory in the morning combined with colleague discussions and the live role play exercises in the afternoon were a great way to deliver. The live feedback as role play went on was very useful to pinpoint and fine tune how you go about a meeting. The tutor was excellent, very knowledgeable on subject matter, clearly with significant experience in the field and her attention to detail, focus and insight for every single participant in the pm feedback was extremely impressive and useful for everyone.”
