“I found this session very helpful and as I have some cases coming up where it looks like a guilty plea will not be forthcoming this was a very timely piece of training to come up. The training was well organised & paced with plenty of time allocated to the roleplay work, which was some of the least awkward & most realistic work of this kind that I have done; Dealing with routine challenges/tactics; ensuring that statements do not have ‘gaps’ that create weaknesses when being cross-examined; how to use the judge to your best advantage; and making sure that the practicalities of attending Court are not overlooked.”
